M2 and M20 Road Closures Oct-Nov 2018

You may have seen in the press in recent days the proposed closures for the M2, as well as ongoing works on the M20.

Although most works are taking place between the hours of 8pm to 6am, to reduce the amount of congestion during working there are a couple of partial closures taking place during working time which may increase your travel times to our clinics.

Dates to note in your diary include:

  • One lane closed due to roadworks on the M2, London Road between junctions 3 and 2 from 6am on 21st October to 29th October 2018.
  • M20 Junction 4 (Leybourne) and Junction 6 (Maidstone) closed from Friday 9th November at 10pm to Monday 12th November at 6am.

Please do keep aware of possible road closures/road works which may affect your journey into our clinic and below is a link to the highways agency which details upcoming scheduled roadworks for your information.

The Apprentice joins Bluebell Physio!

Yes, that’s right. Following our efforts to find a candidate to join us, a local teenager has been successful in applying for the role of Apprentice.

Why, you didn’t think we meant the TV show did you?

This candidate will initially be spending a 14 day period learning some essential skills at a National training centre. Once this complete, they will return to the Garden of England and begin work at our HQ in Bluebell Hill, Chatham.

After spending some time getting used to the team and learning our systems, they will tasked with assisting with some behind-the-scenes activities that will help improve our patient experience. They will then start to move on to some more involved tasks which will involve use of the phone to contact patients and provide assistance where necessary.

There will be a further period of training provided to the Apprentice to build their skill set even further.

We wish the Apprentice the best of luck and look forward to them joining us after their training

Bluebell New Website

Bluebell Physio Website Completely Redesigned

We are proud to have released our new website this month making it much easier to find out what we do and book an appointment!

A lot of time has been spent making the site work much better, along with being easier to read and more simple to navigate.  The team here at Bluebell Physio are really proud of what we have been able to achieve.

But this is by no means the end of our hard work – the new platform will allow us to add a whole host of useful extra services, such as online booking and online payment, two things that we know would be welcomed by a lot of our patients!

These features should start to become available in the New Year and we will be sure to make a song-and-dance about it when they are!

For now, we wish everyone a warm Christmas and Happy New Year.

Take Care,

The Bluebell Team
